For a set number of hours per month, you can rely on me for all your graphic design needs. This includes website maintenance, brochure design, trade show materials, and even creating your monthly or weekly newsletters.

• This package is based on a rolling subscription with a minimum commitment of 12 months.
• No refunds are available for unused hours in any given month.

Before we begin, we’ll review all terms together and formalize them in a Service Agreement.

• Maintaining and managing your social media, so you stay in touch with your customers, even during busy periods like Christmas.
• Creating and managing your newsletter, so your customers stay up-to-date with the latest updates, and you can continue to surprise them.
• Designing new graphic content; think, for example, of a special menu for Christmas.
• Ensuring that your print materials are ready on time, like the winter and summer menus.
• Any other online and offline graphic design task you can think of.

• This offer is valid until December 22, 2024.
• If you subscribe between November 21, 2024, and December 22, 2024, the promotional package price will apply for the first full 12-month period. For example, if you select the ‘All-You-Need’ Medium package at €600 per month during this period, the price will remain €600 for the first 12 months. After this period, the package will revert to its standard rate of €800 per month. You will receive a notification three (3) months before the end of the initial 12-month subscription.
• The price is exclusive of VAT and additional expenses, such as printing costs or other monthly subscriptions necessary for specific tasks.
• This agreement is entered into for a duration of twelve (12) months, including a one (1) calendar month probationary period. After the probationary period, the agreement will continue for the remaining eleven (11) months and will automatically renew under the same terms and the price that counts after the first year unless either party provides written notice of termination in accordance with the agreed notice period.
• At the six (6)-month mark, a review will be conducted to assess whether the agreed-upon hours align with the actual hours worked. If fewer hours have been used than agreed, the overpaid amount will be refunded. If more hours have been used, these may either be deducted from the remaining months or invoiced separately within the same month. Any adjustments requiring additional hours will always be communicated in writing in advance.
• Hours will be tracked down with an Excel sheet, which will be shared monthly alongside the invoice. While you can “save” unused hours for future use, invoicing will continue as agreed.
• It is not possible to use other discounts on this deal.
